Coolgreany 4 star Bungalow is Irish Tourist board approved, has the added attraction of sunshine for most of the day. The 2 star Cottage is adjacent to our dairy farm.

We provide guests with welcoming holiday homes. Each surrounded with it’s own lawns, gardens and private parking.

Rooms

The Bungalow is approximately 100 meters from the main entrance to Coolgreany House.

It has three bedrooms; one double bedroom with private shower and toilet (en-suite), one twin bedroom, one single bedroom and bathroom.

Guests can enjoy all the comforts of home with oil-fired central heating, television in the living/dining room and the added luxury of a real fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee percolator, hairdryer and other essentials.

Location

With Ireland’s mediaeval capital at its heart, Kilkenny has an abundance of historical sites. We are very proud of the facilities we provided in our self–catering accommodation but we don’t want you to stay indoors for all your holiday, we have a list of activities and things to do during your stay. There are castles, forest parks, natural wonders, rolling river valleys, with rich pastureland and breathtaking scenery together with a delight concentration of craft studios and workshops for you to visit and enjoy.

Experience Kilkennys world–famous design tradition by watching the skill and creativity of local and international craftsmen at first hand. Kilkenny is also an excellent sporting county. Witness the artistry of hurling at regular local fixtures. Kilkenny and Carlow provide good opportunities for angling, fishing, walking and golf.

There are many quality restaurants, award–winning pubs, talented musicians and warm–hearted people to make this an ideal holiday destination.

The Cottage is 500 meters from the main entrance to Coolgreany House and is adjacent to the farm.

It has three bedrooms; two twin rooms and one single room.

The dining/living room has the added luxury of oil–fired central heating and colour television.

Bathroom with shower over the bath. Hair–dryer is provided.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, gas/electric hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee percolator and cooking utensils.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

The cottage offers wheelchair–assisted access.

Small pets are welcome.
